2900 MacVicar is searching for an individual to assist with
position development for an archiving service. Our objective is to provide our
clients with the most secure and effective document handling possible. Our
archivist would be responsible for maintaining client relations, responding to
inquiries about our archiving service, and document storage and maintenance.

Henry, Gully/swale located on the northeast property
line of 2900 SW MacVicar is not located in a FEMA floodplain map nor is
protected by a stream buffer. I recommend hiring a civil engineer to look
at the swale and determine how much water is getting to the site, determine the
100-yr water surface elevation in the swale that will or is covered by a
drainage easement and be able to tell you what you can and cannot do with the
site and gully/swale.
