●     All brush cleared from South, East, and North sides of the building

●     Dead tree removed from front of building

●     Exterior security lighting replaced

●     Prepared outside of building for painting

○     Scraped all old paint

○     Caulked where needed

●     Outside of building/deck painted

●     White gravel removed from flower beds in parking lot

Interior:

●     Electrical

○     Electrical panel replaced

○     Replaced wiring to outlets upstairs/downstairs

○     Replaced wiring to lights upstairs/downstairs

○     Fluorescent bulbs replaced upstairs/downstairs

○     Vivint security system installed

●     Plumbing

○     All plumbing replaced

○     Upstairs and downstairs toilets replaced

○     (2) Sinks downstairs installed

●     Remodeling

○     Old carpeting removed

○     Removal of all construction debris from upstairs/downstairs

○     Prepared subflooring for new flooring

○     New flooring installed

○     Interior painting

○     Interior walls prepared for painting upstairs/downstairs
